1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Prapl software or services, and forms part of our Terms of Service. Because our tools move files, migrate servers and back up databases, they are powerful — this policy keeps their use lawful and responsible.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Services to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights.
- Access, transfer, copy, back up or migrate data you do not own or are not authorised to handle.
- Store, transmit or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content, including malware.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
- Harass, threaten, or harm others, or exploit or endanger minors.
- Circumvent authentication, licensing, usage limits or access controls of the Services or of any system you connect to.
- Resell, sublicense or offer the Services as a competing service without our written permission.
3. Security and integrity
You must not attempt to disrupt, degrade or gain unauthorised access to the Services or their infrastructure, including through denial-of-service attacks, probing, scanning, reverse engineering (except as permitted by law), or introducing malicious code.
4. Connecting to third-party systems
When you use Prapl tools to connect to FTP servers, cloud storage, databases or other systems, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have authority to access and modify those systems and their data, and for complying with their terms and applicable laws.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, with or without notice, to protect the Services, other users or third parties. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
6. Reporting abuse
To report a violation of this AUP, email [email protected] with details. We take reports seriously and will respond as appropriate.
