1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how it is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels; we refer to all of these as "cookies". This policy supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. The categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to work: security, remembering your cookie choice, keeping you signed in to your account, and running our live chat widget so you can reach support. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These are set only if you agree. If you reject them, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they are never loaded at all.
We do not use cookies to sell your data, and we do not run advertising or build advertising profiles.
3. Session recording — please read this one
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity and Yandex Metrika (with its Webvisor feature), which do more than count visits. They record how you use a page: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the pages you move between. Those recordings are played back to us as an anonymous session so we can see where the site is confusing.
Text you type into forms is masked and is not captured. We do not use these tools to identify you personally. If you would rather not be recorded, choose Reject all on the cookie banner, or switch Analytics off in cookie settings — neither tool is then loaded at all.
Where the data goes. Yandex Metrika is operated by Yandex and processes data on servers in the Russian Federation. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity process data in the United States and other countries. See International data transfers in our Privacy Policy.

Exact cookies may vary as we improve the site. If we add a new analytics tool it goes behind the same consent switch.
5. Managing your cookies
The first time you visit prapl.com a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Accept all and Reject all sit side by side and are equally easy to click — rejecting is never harder than accepting. Until you choose, no analytics cookie is set.
You can change your mind whenever you like using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. Turning Analytics off stops Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Yandex Metrika from loading on your next page view; you can also delete the cookies already set through your browser.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics cookies automatically and do not show you the banner. You can still turn analytics on yourself from cookie settings if you want to.
Live chat. Our Tawk.to chat widget loads on every page so that support is always reachable, which means its cookies are set whatever you choose on the banner. We list them above as strictly necessary rather than pretend the banner switches them off. If you do not want them, you can block them in your browser settings.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting existing cookies or blocking new ones — though blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision.
