All software, source code, designs, text, graphics and other materials that make up Prapl and this website are owned by Hyperledger IT Pvt Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your rights to use them are limited to those granted in our Terms of Service and EULA.
2. Trademarks
"Prapl", "Hyperledger IT", our logos and product names are trademarks of Hyperledger IT Pvt Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to fairly and accurately refer to our products.
3. Respecting others' rights
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our users to do the same. You must not use the Services to store, transmit or distribute material that infringes anyone's copyright or other rights, consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Reporting infringement (takedown notice)
If you believe content associated with our Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] including:
- Your contact details and an electronic or physical signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (e.g. a URL);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
5. Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake.
6. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
